Developing in the Electronics and Semiconductors (ElySe) research group laboratory, this project aims to demonstrate the possibility of combining the high efficiency of III-V compound semiconductors based solar cells with the low cost associated to Si manufacturing technology by developing advanced nanostructured materials on Si.
